Guest Rules

Upon check-in, ID card must be provided for all guests occupying the room.

Room rent is based on 24 hours from check-in time. Additional room night rent will be charged after this.

An extra bed costs Rs. 500/-.

The kettle in the room should be used only to heat water. If misused, a fine of Rs. 2000 will be charged.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. A fine of Rs. 1000/- will be charged if found smoking.

Please avoid staining the bed sheets, pillow covers, and bath towels. If any stains occur, you are requested to pay an additional damage charge of Rs. 2000/-

If you have any complaints regarding the room, inform the receptionist immediately after check-in.

The electrical socket provided in the room may be used for charging mobile phones, laptops, and mosquito repellents only. Use of any other item is prohibited.

Do not dispose sanitary napkins in the toilet. Wrap it with paper and leave it in the waste basket.

Do not throw any paper, blade, cloth, or plastic Items in the closet.

Check-out and billing procedure will take 10 minutes. Billing will be done only after returning the key to the reception.

Upon check-out TV remote and room key must be returned.

After vacating the room, we will not keep any belongings of the customer at our premises.

Visitors are not allowed in the rooms without the permission of the management.

Guests are requested to ensure lights and fans are switched off and water taps turned off before leaving the room.

This is not a pet-friendly hotel, so please refrain from bringing your pets.

Use of drugs/narcotics is strictly prohibited within our premises.

The management reserves the right of admission.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled between 29 and 11 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount
will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled between 10 days and 4 days prior to arrival, 75% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of arrival, or in case of early departure, 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
